Oh yes, I love scones to go with the jam - are they out of the oven ....... so I do not waste time in waiting for the feast ........ I love strawberry jam, Pat .... do you have the berries in your garden or do you have UPick ??

@Shiva: Baked fresh when we need them, we used to grow our own strawberries or go to a pick your own farm, but find it easier now to get them in the supermarket, jeff is eating bread and jam as I'm writing this . Pat xx.

Oh love it, if only I was still over there I'd call in for this with perhaps a nice scone and some Devon clotted cream. If you add in a couple of pints of Felinfoel (or should that be feeling fowl ! ) Double Dragon I'll be over in an hour !!! :-))
